(1) A certificate attached to a copy of a document filed by the Secretary of State, bearing the Secretary of State’s signature, which may be in facsimile, is conclusive evidence that the original document or a facsimile thereof, is on file with the office.

(2) The provisions of ORS 56.110 (Evidentiary effect of certificates and other documents issued by Secretary of State) shall apply to all documents filed pursuant to this chapter. [1987 c.52 §11]
