No person, including persons employed by a state agency or public body in this state, may engage in conducting polygraph examinations, refer to that person as a polygraph examiner or offer or advertise services as a polygraph examiner unless that person is licensed under ORS 703.010 (Definitions) to 703.310 (Polygraph equipment requirements) as a polygraph examiner. [1975 c.608 §4]
