280.090 Submission of several proposals to impose local option taxes

If more than one proposal to impose local option taxes is submitted to the electors at the same election, the several ballot measures shall be voted upon separately. However, not more than four separate ballot measures proposing local option taxes may be submitted to the electors under the provisions of ORS 280.040 (Definitions for ORS 280.040 to 280.145) to 280.145 (Serial levy under former law) within a single calendar year.
