Text

If any clause, sentence, paragraph, provision, or part of this

act be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be

unconstitutional or otherwise invalid, such shall not affect, impair

or invalidate the remainder thereof, but shall be confined to the

clause, sentence, paragraph, provision, or section thereof directly

involved in the controversy in which such judgment is rendered. The

Legislature hereby declares that it intended separately to enact

every sentence, part, clause, provision, and section of this act.
