June 20, 2008 Senate Bill 225 - 127th General Assembly Three members of the architects board shall constitute a quorum, but no action at any meeting shall be taken without at least three votes in accord; and the regular and special meetings of the board shall be called and held in the manner and at the times and places prescribed in its rules.
