September 28, 2016 House Bill 342 - 131st General Assembly Permit B-2 may be issued to a wholesale distributor of wine to purchase from holders of A-2, A-2f, and B-5 permits and distribute or sell that product, in the original container in which it was placed by the B-5 permit holder or manufacturer at the place where manufactured, to retail permit holders and for home use. The fee for this permit is five hundred dollars for each distributing plant or warehouse. The Legislative Service Commission presents the text of this section as a composite of the section as amended by multiple acts of the General Assembly. This presentation recognizes the principle stated in R.C. 1.52(B) that amendments are to be harmonized if reasonably capable of simultaneous operation.
