January 1, 1976 House Bill 205 - 111th General Assembly A judge of the county court or municipal court judge has final jurisdiction within the territory for which he is elected or appointed in a prosecution for a violation of Chapters 3781. and 3791. of the Revised Code or any rules adopted pursuant thereto.
