§ 3729.02. Director of health to adopt rules for plan review, license issuance, and regulation generally

September 10, 2012 House Bill 487 - 129th General Assembly (A) The director of health, subject to Chapter 119. of the Revised Code, shall adopt rules of uniform application throughout the state governing the review of plans and issuance of licenses for and the location, layout, construction, drainage, sanitation, safety, and operation of recreational vehicle parks, recreation camps, and combined park-camps. The rules shall not apply to the construction, erection, or manufacture of any building to which section 3781.06 of the Revised Code is applicable. (B) The director, subject to Chapter 119. of the Revised Code, shall adopt rules of uniform application throughout the state governing the review of plans and issuance of licenses for and the layout, sanitation, safety, and operation of temporary park-camps. The rules shall not apply to the construction, erection, or manufacture of any building to which section 3781.06 of the Revised Code is applicable.
