March 20, 2019 House Bill 464 - 132nd General Assembly The director of health may adopt rules as the director considers necessary for the implementation of sections 3727.11 to 3727.14 of the Revised Code. The rules shall be adopted in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code.
