June 4, 1997 Senate Bill 67 - 122nd General Assembly Any trustee, director, officer, or employee of a health insuring corporation who receives, collects, disburses, or invests funds in connection with the activities of the health insuring corporation shall be responsible for such funds in a fiduciary relationship to the corporation.
