119.03 This rule applies exclusively to komodo dragons as dangerous wild animals as defined in division (C) of section 935.01 of the Revised Code. (A) Primary enclosure shall be constructed of concrete, three eighths inch plexiglass, or a combination of these or other material equivalent to nine gauge diameter chain link in strength. (B) The primary enclosure shall be a minimum of two hundred square feet and shall be at least six feet high. For each additional animal, the primary enclosure shall be increased by one hundred square feet. (C) If the primary enclosure is unroofed, the enclosure shall have a cantilever with an electric secondary deterrent on the cantilever. (D) The primary enclosure is not required to have a shift cage as set forth in rule 901:1-4-01.1 of the Administrative Code.
