111.15 (A) This chapter sets forth the rules governing standard certificate applications for electric generation facilities, electric power transmission lines, and gas pipelines. (B) The board may, upon its own motion, or upon an application or motion filed by a party, waive any requirement of this chapter other than a requirement mandated by statute.
