119.03 (A) Payment for services: When setting fees, licensees and registrants shall ensure that the fees are fair, reasonable, and commensurate with the services performed. (B) Licensees and registrants shall not accept goods or services as payment for professional services. Bartering is prohibited. (C) Licensees and registrants shall not solicit a private fee or other remuneration for providing services to clients who are entitled to such available services through the license's or registrant's employer or agency.
