119.03 The director may deny an application for a remedial driving course renewal or reprimand, suspend, revoke, or place on probationary status the remedial driving course approval when the director determines that the course is not being operated in accordance with this chapter of the Administrative Code or the Revised Code. An enterprise against which disciplinary action is proposed according to this rule shall be afforded an opportunity for hearing in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code.
