119.03 A license holder may request a meeting with Ohio department of health on a licensor's proposed action regarding the food service operation, if the license holder believes that the action is in conflict with this chapter or any provision of Chapter 3717. of the Revised Code applicable to food service operations. The license holder will submit a written request to Ohio department of health no later than five days after receipt of the notice of proposed action from the licensor. After review of the written request, Ohio department of health may take whatever steps the Ohio department of health believes appropriate to assist in the resolution of the dispute. A request for a meeting with the Ohio department of health does not affect the right of any party to seek any other remedy available by law.
