119.03 Terms defined in rules 3701:1-38-01 and 3701:1-40-01 and Chapter 3701:1-50 of the Administrative Code shall have the same meaning when used in this chapter except terms redefined within a given rule for use within that rule only and additionally, as used in this chapter: "Lot Tolerance Per Cent Defective" means, expressed in per cent defective, the poorest quality in an individual inspection lot that should be accepted.
