119.03 Common and contract carriers, freight forwarders, warehousemen, and the United States postal service are exempt from the regulations in this chapter to the extent that they are not prescribed to be licensed as set forth in Chapter 3748. of the Revised Code and rule 3701:1-38-02 of the Administrative Code, and to the extent that they only transport or store TENORM in the regular course of carriage for another or storage incident thereto.
