111.15 (A) Policy statement and purpose The purpose is to articulate to students not residing in on campus housing that they are require to provide the university with a local address by which the university can send them official correspondence. (B) Policy Students not residing in university-owned housing are required to submit a current, correct local address through MyBGSU or to the office of registration and records. Failure to comply with this policy shall not be construed to invalidate any official notice disseminated by the university.
