41. Any reference in the "Casino Control Act," P.L.1977, c.110 (C.5:12-1 et seq.) to "this act" or to "P.L.1977, c.110" shall be deemed to include, where appropriate, the "Casino Simulcasting Act," P.L.1992, c.19 (C.5:12-191 et seq.). L.1993,c.292,s.41.
