Text

I. The clerk of the board shall forthwith issue an order of notice to each of the condemnees in the same manner as in the case of a petition in equity with a return date not less than 14 days from the date of filing the declaration of taking. II. Such order of notice shall be served within or without the state of New Hampshire by any competent adult, in the same manner as service of process is served in this jurisdiction, or by certified or registered mail to the last known address of the condemnee. If service cannot be made in the manner provided, then service shall be made by posting a copy of the notice upon the most public part of the property and by publication of a copy of the notice one time in a newspaper of general circulation published in the county.
