43-04-09. Headquarters of board - Board to adopt seal - Quorum

The board shall have its headquarters at such suitable place as may be designated by it. It

shall adopt and use a common seal for the authentication of its orders and records. The majority

of the members of the board in a meeting duly assembled may perform and exercise all the

duties and powers imposed upon the board.
