26.1-26-01. Scope

This chapter governs the qualifications and procedures for the licensing of insurance

producers, insurance consultants, and surplus lines insurance producers. This chapter applies

to all lines of insurance and types of insurers, including prepaid legal services organizations and

health maintenance organizations.
