Subpart 1. Definition. "Commissioner's technical staff" means those persons whose primary job duties are those detailed in Minnesota Statutes, section 196.05 . Subp. 2. Requirements. Individuals on the commissioner's technical staff must have the same qualifications as the commissioner, as outlined in Minnesota Statutes, section 196.02 , subdivision 1.
