Subpart 1. Filing requirements. A petition to provide interexchange service, but not local service, must include all the information required for local resale service petitions under part 7812.0350 . Subp. 2. Decision criteria. The commission shall apply the decision criteria identified in part 7812.0300 or 7812.0350 to the extent those criteria are relevant to providing interexchange service.
