UPC section 214.0 is modified by adding the following definition: Low Pressure Water Dispenser - Means a terminal fitting located downstream of a pressure-reducing valve that dispenses hot drinking water above 160 degrees Fahrenheit (71 degrees Celsius) or cold water or both at a pressure of 15 psi (105 kPa) or less.
