Subpart 1. Design capacity. The "design capacity" of a facility is determined by the number of beds in the facility as calculated in the same manner as for approved bed capacity with the addition of holding cells and those beds designed for segregation or special management purposes. Subp. 2. [Repealed, 38 SR 523]
