36.050 Disability of adjutant -- Who to act.

In the absence or inability of the adjutant general to perform his duties, he may designate,

by special order, an officer to perform his duties temporarily, and if no officer is so

designated, the senior officer on duty in the adjutant general's office shall perform the

adjutant general's duties.
