Section 1. Inspections. A compliance officer, investigator, auditor, or any other employee authorized by the department may, to ensure compliance with all statutes and administrative regulations relating to charitable gaming, inspect the conduct of gaming by the following: (1) Exempt organizations; (2) Licensed charitable organizations; (3) Licensed charitable gaming facilities; (4) Licensed manufacturers; and (5) Licensed distributors.
