Section 1. (1) Members of the board shall receive compensation of $100 per diem for each day they actually spend in the discharge of their official duties. (2) The reimbursement to board members for actual and necessary expenses shall be in accordance with state law and the standards applicable to state employees pursuant to KRS 44.060, KRS 45.101, and 200 KAR 2:006.
