Revisor's Note: P.L.145-2026 contained two different Indiana Code sections numbered SECTION 49. The following text is published from the SECTION 49 of P.L.145-2026 that amended IC 10-13-3-2.5, effective July 1, 2026.

Sec. 2.5. As used in this chapter, "caseworker" has the meaning set forth in IC 31-9-2.1-29.
