Section 1066.10 Certification Required
a) No
person, firm, association, partnership or corporation shall operate as a
provider or engage in the business of providing an online only adult driver
education course unless a certification has been issued by the Secretary.
b) No
provider may remain in operation if its certification to operate as a provider
is suspended, revoked, canceled or not renewed.
