Section 1040.34 Suspension or Revocation for Conviction
for Possession/Consumption of Alcohol for Persons Under Age 21
If any person has been convicted of violating Section 6-20(a),
(d) or (e) of the Liquor Control Act of 1934 [235 ILCS 5], and the person was
an occupant of a motor vehicle when the offense occurred, the Department shall
take the following action pursuant to IVC Section 6-206(a)(38):
