Section 383.120  What May Be Reviewed Through the

Administrative Hearing Process

The following decisions may be reviewed through the

administrative hearing process under this Part:

a)         revocation of a license;

b)         refuse to renew a

license; and

c)         refuse to issue a full

license to the holder of a permit.
