Section 140.428  Chiropractic

Services

a)         Payment shall be made

only to chiropractors.

b)         Payment

shall be made for only one chiropractic service: manual manipulation of the

spine to correct a subluxation of the spine which has resulted in a

neuromusculoskeletal condition for which the manipulation is an appropriate

treatment.
