Section 400.120  Standards Incorporated by Reference

a)         The entirety of the Code, as adopted by the Capital

Development Board pursuant to its rulemaking authority granted by Section 4 of

the EBA, is contained in this Part, primarily Appendix A.

b)         The Code, together with the EBA and the standards incorporated

by reference in subsection (d), has the force and effect of law in the State of

Illinois.

c)         The Illinois Attorney General shall have the authority to

enforce the Code in accordance with the EBA.
