Section 4530.90  Random Selection of IROs by Director

The assignment by the Director of an approved independent

review organization to conduct an external review in accordance with the Act

shall be done on a random basis among those independent review organizations

approved by the Director.  Random selection shall be done on a computerized

rotation basis; notwithstanding special circumstances in which an expedited

review is requested and location of the independent review organization (time

zones) may be taken into account to facilitate the review process.
