Section 117

Section 117.10  Definitions

"Chief

Administrative Officer" means the highest ranking official of a

correctional facility.

"Chief

Executive Officer" means the highest ranking official of the Correctional

Industries Program.

"Department"

means the Department of Corrections.

"Director"

means the Director of the Department of Corrections.
