Section 691.30 GATA Requirements

a) The

Program is subject to the Grant Accountability and Transparency Act [30 ILCS

708], with any exceptions granted by GOMB.

b) To

the extent the Program is implemented using grant agreements, at a minimum, the

provisions of 2 CFR 200.303 and 200.330 through 200.332 of the Uniform Guidance

apply to grant recipients.
