Section 690.30 GATA Requirements

a) The

Program established in this Part is subject to the Grant Accountability and

Transparency Act [30 ILCS 708], with any exceptions granted.

b) To

the extent the Program is implemented using Grant Agreements, at minimum the

following provisions of the Uniform Guidance apply to grant recipients: 2 CFR 200.303

and 330 through 332.
