(765 ILCS 1026/15-103) Sec. 15-103. Inapplicability to foreign transaction. This Act does not apply to property held, due, and owing in a foreign country if the transaction out of which the property arose was a foreign transaction. (Source: P.A. 100-22, eff. 1-1-18.)
