(705 ILCS 405/1-6) (from Ch. 37, par. 801-6) Sec. 1-6. State's Attorney. The State's Attorneys of the several counties shall represent the people of the State of Illinois in proceedings under this Act in their respective counties. (Source: P.A. 85-601.)
