(410 ILCS 535/3) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 73-3) Sec. 3. The Department is authorized to adopt, modify, amend, repeal, promulgate, and enforce rules and regulations for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Act. (Source: Laws 1961, p. 2935.)
