(315 ILCS 20/3-1) (from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 253-1) Sec. 3-1. "Development" means specific work repair or improvement to put into effect a Development Plan. The term includes the Real Property, buildings and improvements owned, constructed, managed or operated by a Neighborhood Redevelopment Corporation. (Source: Laws 1947, p. 685.)
