(210 ILCS 46/1-108.1) Sec. 1-108.1. Complaint classification. "Complaint classification" means the Department shall categorize reports about conditions, care or services in a facility into one of three groups after an investigation: (1) "An invalid report" means any report made under this Act for which it is determined
