(210 ILCS 120/4) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 4404) Sec. 4. No person shall knowingly sell, offer for sale, or cause to be sold or offered for sale any tiedown equipment which does not meet or exceed the standards promulgated by the Department in accordance with this Act. (Source: P.A. 81-587.)
