(210 ILCS 117/35) Sec. 35. Ultimate responsibility of mobile home owner. If a municipality disposes of or auctions off a mobile home at a financial loss, the person having record title at the time these proceedings began shall be ultimately responsible for all reasonable losses incurred by a municipality.
