(210 ILCS 115/2) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 712) Sec. 2. Unless the context clearly requires otherwise, the words and phrases set forth in the Sections following this Section and preceding Section 3 shall have the meanings set forth in this Act. (Source: P.A. 98-756, eff. 7-16-14.)
