(20 ILCS 505/2) (from Ch. 23, par. 5002) Sec. 2. In addition to the powers and duties otherwise provided by law, the Department shall have the powers enumerated in Sections 3 through 34.12 inclusive, except as otherwise provided in those Sections. (Source: P.A. 89-507, eff. 7-1-97.)
