Definitions in federal statute, federal regulation, and Idaho Code are incorporated by reference unless otherwise liste d below. The terms “air contaminant or contamination,” “air pollution,” “board,” “department,” “director,” “emission,” and “person” have the meaning provided for those terms in Section 39-103, Idaho Code.
