01. Title. IDAPA 18.07.05, “Director’s Authority for Companies Deemed to be in Hazardous Financia l Condition.” (3-31-22) 02. Scope. This rule establishes standards that the Director may use for identifying insurers found to b e in such condition as to render the continuance of their business hazardous to the public or to holders of their policie s or certificates of insurance. This rule cannot be interpreted to limit the powers granted the Director by any laws o r parts of laws of this state, nor supersedes any laws or parts of laws of this state. (3-31-22)
